Now we turn our attention to the verses in Proverbs concerning "the righteous". There are 67 verses in Proverbs containing the word Righteous. Each verse is a wonderful reminder of who we are as believers. It reminds us that we have a great God, a loving Father who watches over us. It reminds us that any good we do is through His strength not our own. It reminds us that we are declared righteous in Christ Jesus. We are clothed in His righteousness not our own.
